Application Development
Software built around your business — then hosted and supported by the people who built it
Off-the-shelf software forces your business to bend around how someone else thinks it should work. When a process is core to how you operate and the available products almost-but-don’t-quite fit, a custom application pays for itself in saved time, fewer errors, and work that flows the way it should. We’ve been building that kind of software for over 20 years.
What we build
- Custom line-of-business applications — built to match how your people actually work, not how a vendor assumes they do
- System integrations — connections that make your existing software and data sources talk to each other automatically, eliminating the manual re-keying in between
- Workflow automation — replacing manual, error-prone steps with processes that run automatically and are hard to get wrong
Built and supported by the same team
Most providers either build software or run infrastructure — not both. We do the whole loop: design and build the application, host it in our own Canadian data centre, and support it long-term. There’s no hand-off gap between a developer who vanishes and a separate host who points fingers — the same team that wrote the code runs the servers it lives on. Your application sits alongside your other systems with the same backup, security, and uptime protection we apply across the rest of your environment. And because we built it and host it, evolving it as your business changes is straightforward.
The systems we build aren’t toy projects. One application we designed, built, and host provides automated stock replenishment based on POS and demand signals — using point-of-sale data, seasonality, and sales trends to tell vendors how much stock to send, where, and when. It’s relied on by suppliers pushing product into some of the world’s largest retailers, and by retailers running specialty programs of their own. We built it, and we host and support it — the full loop, on infrastructure we run.
Proven technology
Built on a mature, well-supported stack — ASP.NET and SQL Server on infrastructure we operate — the same dependable foundation behind line-of-business systems, e-commerce platforms, data integrations, and workflow tools we’ve delivered and support today. Proven technology that’s still supportable years from now, because we’re usually the ones supporting it.
Where it fits
Custom development isn’t always the answer and we’ll say so when it isn’t. But if your business depends on a process no product handles well, you’re drowning in manual data entry between systems that should talk, or you’ve outgrown a spreadsheet that’s quietly become mission-critical — that’s where a well-built custom application earns its keep.
Let’s make your technology one less thing to worry about.
